Review by hotel critic
During my recent stay at the Maritim Hotel Ulm, I was deeply impressed by the culinary delights offered at the Panorama Restaurant. Nestled elegantly within the hotel, the restaurant not only boasts captivating views of Ulm but also delivers an exceptional dining experience. After a full day of exploring the city, I found solace in the serene ambiance of the Panorama Restaurant. The menu presented a range of innovative dishes, blending traditional German flavors with modern culinary techniques. I opted for a local specialty, and I was pleasantly surprised by the chef's creativity and attention to detail. The attentive staff ensured that my dining experience was seamless, adding to the overall charm of the evening. For those seeking a quick and satisfying meal, the Einstein Restaurant Cafe Bar, just a short distance away, offers a convenient spot for a business lunch.
